It sucks hardcore to be any type of intermediary. People will push you despite being aware you're merely a messenger, an informer, not the "bastard" who makes the rules. It's like calling a child names because their parent won't pay the school fee (something I've sadly been witness of, and totally lost respect for the principal ever since she told this kid "Don't you have any shame, to not pay school on time?" loud enough so the class would hear).
