Protein bar actually sounds better to me.

xD I don't like protein bars. Its like, granola bars are trying to be healthy candy bars, but they're just barely convincing. Then protein bars are trying to be healthy granola bars, and granola bars were already pushing it.

Hm, most of the protein bars I eat don't have any granola in them.

Yeah. But they strike me as trying to imitate granola bars trying to imitate candy bars. And at that point, I'd honestly either eat an apple or a candy bar and pick one way or the other and end up having to eat a crappy imitation that isn't as healthy as it claims to be. xD

I feel bloated after eating protein bars. I don't know why.

I practically lived on protein bars during the school year! Now I can't remember the last time I bought some... Kind protein bars are my favorite, though. They're the only ones that actually tasted good to me, instead of just tolerable.

.___. They annoy me. It irks me that it tries to sell itself as a tasty healthier alternative, and then it just fails at both. I'd much rather either be entirely healthy or entirely unhealthy- Its not worth being "a little more" healthy for something that's lackluster in taste.

*runs into thread, barks at everyone and runs out*

I never was much of a candy bar person, so the milder taste of protein bars, plus the chewy texture, plus the fact that I need protein and get it, makes them fine and dandy by me.

We're back from the boardwalk! We had lots of fun. We unfortunately missed out on the ghost tour, though. :C

Indeed, Angie! We spent a lot of time on the piers doing the amusement rides.

Amusements rides that does sound fun

Oh, it totally was! The ones we went on went over the closed waterpark portion of the pier, which made me kind of sad because it made me want to go to the waterpark, which we can't because we're leaving tomorrow morning. :/
