God I found a guy I had a major crush on for two years in middle school on facebook and it's just kinda bringing back some bittersweet school memories. I swear I know his wife...

She's the sort who dresses all high fashion, her nose in the air and is the stupidest b*tch in the world...

Well I think she went to the same highschool, although I don't think she has a facebook, or she's not linked to him via facebook and it's driving me nuts. Hoping he accepts me so I can see the rest of his profile. He has everything hidden. I'm curious how far he's gotten career wise, etc. It's always interesting to see where your classmates ended up.

I know one old friend of mine married right out of highschool (to someone 8 years older than her) and already has a child.. she's a few months younger than me.. so it's an odd thought..

It's just weird to see people older and married. I don't feel that old, yet my 10 year reunion would be in a years time...:o

God I feel like I should be farther along career wise by now. I've had a string of dead end jobs. :(

My 10-year reunion will be in 2013. I won't be through graduate school, but I'll be pretty close. I have most of my high school class on my Facebook, so I won't be too surprised when it's time. I think we'll just have a get together and love it. Most people were friends if I remember correctly.

Then again, we were just a handful of people. :XD 20-25? Something like that. Definitely no more.

Wow that's tiny...we had to literally take a panoramic picture to fit everyone in our class in. :P

I never did buy that photo, of course my parents were kinda tightwads when it came to stuff like that. I didn't go to my graduation, didn't go to prom, and I ended up getting senior pictures at the very last minute so I don't even appear in the senior yearbook.

I'm not going to go all out, but I would like to go to my graduation and perhaps get a class ring...as this will be quite an accomplishment for me.

I didn't go to my high school graduation either, but I went to Junior prom and other things. I didn't bother with a class ring because I just didn't feel the sentimentality for it. Odd thing, I don't feel it for my undergrad studies either.

I will, however, completely and unabashedly miss a lot of the people I've met and formed relationships with in college. It's going to be hard.

Mmm...Kids just called. Apparently the ex said it's OK if we come and visit for a couple of hours. I told Aaron if she finds another reason why we can't have them for the weekend, we're going down to the court and filing a meeting with FOC. I'm sick of her delegating what goes on. She needs to get over the fact that Aaron's work schedule is fucked up as it is - if she had a job, maybe I'd feel just a slight pang of sympathy but she doesn't and those aren't just her kids.

It's bad enough that I'm not welcome to talk to them on the phone. There are times I really wish I could inflict some physical violence towards that woman without repercussion. Not very buddhist of me, I know, but she really knows how to push buttons.

When will you guys go visit? Does she mean during the week, or just whenever?

I'm assuming this weekend because we said we had the weekend free. Aaron said his next day off is Monday, but he already flat out told her we can't afford to go down there for a couple of hours - she needs to meet us halfway and do the swap as we normally do, otherwise it's just plain stupid. I'm not going to hang out at her house, but at the same time she lives out in the middle of nowhere and we're not going to go pick them up from her house then drive all the way to drop them off. Get real.

Apparently she's sleeping. Why is her ass in bed and the kids are both still up? Huh? Shoe's on the other foot. She's a bad parent and not watching them. Oh I better go write her up in my little book. :roll:

Sorry, it doesn't help Aaron and I just got in an argument and he yelled at me for trying to make him promise to do something about it if he doesn't get this weekend off with them. There's really no excuse...I'm sure the kids didn't even want to go ice fishing last time he was off...They're always complaining about how cold it is and boring it is...it's like she drags them out there so she can go.

Yeah... gas costs are ridiculous. Hopefully you guys can think of something. Sounds like she may be testing. "If they really wanted to see the kids, they'd come up regardless."

I agree that it would be more than awkward to sit in her house for a couple hours when things are tense enough as it is.

It's been quiet here today. My mother is keeping my nephew for another night, so it'll be even more quiet. I think I'll finish up my Latin I homework before my husband gets home. We'll probably continue our gaming marathon tonight. :XD

Tomorrow, after class, I have to practice for my presentation on Tuesday. I'm hoping it will be a laid back type of discussion. Only two others will be going with me out of our initial five from last semester. We need a sample run to see who is taking over whose parts.

Other than this, not much else is new. I'm hungry, and doing my best not to make (and eat all of) dinner before Cole gets home. T_T

I hate being hungry. Haha. I'm so weird like that.

I don't really like it right now. I've eaten plenty today, so I shouldn't even BE hungry. D:<

I think there are days where hungry pheromones float around in the air. Because some days I'm just constantly hungry...and then I usually find out someone else is as well. Heh.
