Warming up? I'm jealous. We're getting freezing temperatures and piles of snow already.
Ah well, at least the winter time is pretty. And it gives me an excuse to stay inside with hot cocoa.

I wish I could pull off some of the awesome items that they have here, though.
But I am more of just a jeans or caprees kind of girl
And I dont overly layer my tops
@ Knerd - Its supposed to be 80 tomorrow, I think
But i'm sure that after this sudden little warm spell, its going to drop down low and get really windy. I love the rain, so I wont mind that, but I can't handle cold very well. I dont really have any fat. I work out, so I have little fat and more muscle, so I get cold very easily. Plus i'm anemic, so that just makes my circulation even worse. I have to wear a looot of layers to stay warm, and then my temperature fluctuates rapidly and very suddenly, so often that I usually have to suddenly take off a bunch of layers or put on a bunch. Its irritating. haha

I miss elementary school when my teacher would give us hot cocoa, with marshmallows on a rainy day.
Good times.
I also miss the motivational messages my mom would write on my napkins on the first day of school.
I could use that type of encouragement rinow.

My mom used to put notes in my lunch when we had packed lunch. Those were the days. XD Most of the time we had school lunch though.

I just wish I could open my lunch to see "You can do it champ", but no.
I see a gross sandwich and a store brand granola bar.

Sad. :(
Do you pack your own lunch? Maybe you should start writing your own motivational notes. XD
"You're the best!"
"I know you'll ace that test!"
"Go get 'em tiger!"

OMG that'd be so funny.
I don't pack my own lunches.
I wake up at 6:30.
Get outta bed at 6:45
Shower and all that Jazz
It's 7:30 by then.
Off to carpool :)
I don't have time to make lunch :(

Haha. I never had stuff like that
Usually just got lunch at the school, or when I did bring something from home, I usually fixed it, or my mom tossed some stuff in there. No notes, though.
I haven't had cocoa in a long time. We have some, but I just haven't had one of those moods yet where I really want some.
I get home early now, because I carpool and have an early schedule at the college, so I usually wait until I get home to eat. Although, since i'm usually running around in a hurry in the mornings, I grab a little granola bar sometimes, or a little goody that I dug outta somewhere. An apple or something.

FUN FACT:
If you squeeze a lemon on the apples, they don't turn brown

I totally make my lunch in the mornings, and I wake up at 6:45, get out of bed at 7, and am out the door by 7:35. I usually get my shower at night, after the gym, but I always have to wet down my hair in the mornings, otherwise it looks all funky. It can't take that long to slap a sandwich together right? XP I have a sandwich and veggies for lunch every day. Can't get much easier than that. I used to eat junk for lunch every day, but not anymore. Oh, diets...
I don't eat breakfast until 10 a.m. though usually. I don't like eating right after waking up. Plus, making breakfast at work gives me a reason to get away from my desk.
I like apples too. I ate one about an hour ago, with a little peanut butter. YUM!

I am a fat kid.
In 11th grade, 2 more years, I'll be driving, and I can go off campus.
There is a shopping center (mainly food) near the school
I love Menewsha also because I don't have to worry about fit XD
In real life, I have so much style, but I can't fit into any stylish clothes.

I can tell you Pietro, as someone who's lost 90 pounds ~ It's good to not be fat. I pretty much was afraid of health problems relating to being obese, and I didn't want to go down that road. In high school, I was really active -- on swim team, a synchro team and in taekwondo, and was in great shape. I went to college, drank beer and soda and ate cheeseburgers and burritos for four years and truly damaged myself. I didn't realize it at the time, but I was getting into bad habits. Then when I moved in with my bf, we ate bad food all the time because he's such a picky eater that cooking for him became a chore, and his favorite foods are all rich, fatty stuff. And desert every night? Man, no good.
I have a lot of style too in RL, but I was sad I couldn't fit into cool clothes. Now that I can again, I'm shopping like crazy. It's fun again. :D
Anyways, diet and exercise are important. You should try to get into the habit of eating better and getting regular exercise. I can't stress this enough. I feel like I've learned how to make a change in my lifestyle, which is something you have to be devoted to.
I know you're still young, but just keep it in mind. I'm not always the best dieter -- I eat crap food still, but mostly on weekends. I still work out 5 days a week, so I feel like splurging here and there is okay.
Plus, my birthday is Saturday, so it's going to be a fatty weekend. Mmmmm... cakeeeee.

I really like yours winter.
MY only thing with it is that I fear that it may be avatar 101.
Is it your best? No.
Is it your worst? No.
I like how the scarf is a mixture of yellow and orange though.
One look and it's a yellow item in your avatar.
I blink, and it's an orange item.
Very cool.

I can't find a plan that's right for me.

Wow, 90lbs? That's another person!
I eat a lot of whole foods, and was taught tricks to get the same effects as those rich foods, but without the actual detrimental effects of butters, fats, and sugars. Because, lets face it, 10 times out of 10, a person will always go for the richest fat. It's not opinion or concept, but primal truth.
So why not indulge?
As I figure, the only rule I have to follow is more out than in. I can eat whatever I want, but I can't be a couch potato.
Yeesh. Soda is godawful.

xD lol, I take on many different types of avies Pietro =P this is me being lazy about going candy corn.
And I added the scarf because it is one of the coolest commons yet. xD
And Pie, a quick way to look and feel better, as well as lose weight is to drink water. Not your taste? switching to carbonated flavored water, like club soda, is a good alternative. I personally haven't lost weight, because of water weight, but I have lost inches, feel better, and in my eyes I look better. Just walking helps too. And Wii ftw. Love fencing on it. xD
And since I banned chocolate from my life because I think I have skin reactions from it, I expect better results. xD
And I personally prefer healthier foods over junk. I hate grease, fast food, and most fried food. And I have an obsession for broccoli recently. o.o;; I love my veggies <3

Try doing a little routine before you shower?
Maybe thirty crunches, some pushups, squats, and a couple curls. Not quite a workout, but enough to get your muscles warmed up and working a bit.

I can't even do a pushup.
Also, I have P.E. next term.
I suck at running.
It's midterm rinow.
Maybe I need to get more fit before next term.
30 crunches'd take me years.

You can always try. Do a girl pushup. Do twenty crunches. Or ten.
hahaha, I can't run either. Cross country, sure, but that's easy. As for a track, my goodness, you'd think I was just learning to walk!
Walk up and down some stairs.

You see a doctor.
But if you want a general idea, look up your general BMI. Just Google it; BMI Calculator.

SODA IS THE DEVIL. Start drinking diet soda, and then eventually wean yourself off of that and switch to water. I drink mostly water, and occasionally some coffee or diet soda. But I can't really have aspertame either because of bladder issues, so I pretty much have to have water only. No alcohol either. :/ FAIL. So yeah, I suggest diet drinks and beverages with fake sugar to start with, then switch to water. You get used to it after awhile.
As for exercising, just go walk around your neighborhood. Or get a jump rope and jump rope in your house. Walking up and down stairs is a good way to start too. Start small and make reasonable goals. You can do it!

Yeah, I have another 15ish pounds to go, and at that point I'll still be considered overweight, but at least I'll be healthy. With the amount I work out, I should be pretty good to go. I was most fit my junior year of high school, and even then I weighed 180 lbs. I've never been skinny, and I don't really want to be. I just want to be healthy.
But yeah, I figure I can eat bad foods as long as I work them off. I'm done being a lazy fatass. XP
