I'd call them insane and stupid. Considering that MMA jobs are not very long-lasting and once they're done with it they'd be stuck with their damaged nerves for the rest of their life. >__>

I required stitches. They couldn't give them to me because of how I'd done it. I took skin out from the forehead, and where it split on my nose was in an area too thin to put stitches on.

Ow! Nose skin is sensitive!

Worst I'd gotten was when I slashed my hand open with an umbrella...

I guess it's not so bad... unless you have diabetes, and don't notice when your toes are starting to fall off (which I've x-rayed before as well... We always shutter when toe x-rays come off the printer)

Blood used to freak me out... I'm officially desensitized. The other day, this one guy's foot was bleeding ALOT. I heard it start splattering on the ground (1/4 cup had pooled, and we moved the plastic sheet he was on, and it was like a stream running off the stretcher) and I was more worried about it getting on my scrubs instead of the amount. After that picture the nurse rewrapped the guy's foot, he didn't bleed anymore after that.

*shudders* I'm okay with my own bodily fluids...other people's, not so much.

As long as the person's bodily fluids aren't flying, I'm good.

Oh yeah...that would be a lot worse.
