Yet another thing to talk to my therapist about - the dreams have hit me again in full force, although they don't come all the time as they used to, just around select times of the year when memories hit me hard.
The dreams make it hard for me to want to sleep, although I did attempt to sleep. I'll try to sleep here again in a bit.

I rarely dream. But a long time ago, whenever I dreamed, they'd be really bad dreams. Things have changed recently. :D

They do happen less often, so I'm trying to focus on that. They just hit me really hard last November and then now, but most of the rest of the year, they're not nearly quite as bad.
