  That won't be fair to people with slower internet connection who have been playing since the first game, if they're going to be beaten again by previous winners who have faster connection.
  
  
  If what you're thinking is the different value of common vs. contribution items....Maybe you can double the common prizes per winning instead of letting previous winners to play again?
  
  After all isn't that what usually happen in real life trivia games, difficult questions and bonus rounds with extra prizes always in the one that comes at the very end of the game? XD
