Well, I've been home since Friday and I haven't been on since then ^^" I spent Friday night with Mike and today with him. Now I'm actually home at my dad's. :) Ze kittehs were happy kittehs :D

Yeah, and now kids have no excuse. Birth control pills can be free in certain situations (unless all are by now) and condoms aren't THAT expensive.

I really wish there was some kind of restriction on having kids. Like there is this on girl at work, I feel like I am a little bias because she sucks at the job and is kinda rude, but she is pregnant. BUT she says she's a lesbian, and that it's a test tube pregnancy. But she just got the job here like maybe to months ago and before that she said she hadn't worked in a long while. So where did they get the money for that?

Thanks! We're very happy. It's still sinking in and it's been since Friday. Yes I do, and I do have a couple pictures I sent to my sister. I'll post them on here sometime tomorrow. I ended up getting sick and threw up and am just feeling like crap warmed over tonight and am about to curl up and try to get some sleep. I have seltzer water now I'm sipping.

He wanted to have us go out for ice cream and he was going to propose while we were doing our hour long walk around the park next to it. But, it was raining on Friday and he just really wanted to do it on Friday. So, after I gave the kitty who is attached to us at his house some treats, I went over to where he was at the computer, he says something about wanting to do this when we got ice cream, but it was raining and he just couldn't wait. I see him fumbling with a box in his pocket, I see him grab it and get down, I react in my way of "oh I'm going to kill you", he asks me before opening the box to show me the ring, I say yes, he tells me "but you haven't even seen the ring yet" I told him something along the lines of "I don't have to, I'd say a thousand times yes". We hug and such. I get all happy seeing the ring that the only thing he got help with was from his sister-in-law who basically told him what metal to get, the karat, what to avoid, etc. Finding the ring and what type, was all him. ^^


I'm feeling a little better, I probably got food poisoning last night from something I ate. :( This is the first time since last night I don't feel like I'm about to vomit, or spend an hour on the toilet. I threw up when I got home, and then I pulled a my brother and this mroning I ran out of my room and didn't make it to the bathroom and threw up a bit on the carpet and in a bucket my stepmother set out for me. I felt sooo terrible, but she understood. Kinda glad I didn't go to my mom's for the night to spend today with my cousin, his gf, and my mom baking. I'm just waiting for my dad to walk to the store to get his prescrips and my popsicles. I haven't eaten a damn thing today. Just drank water, a little seltzer and am about to grab some ginger ale.

Awh, too bad it was raining but it's sweet that he was so nervous he couldn't wait. You've waited so long that I doubt it mattered to you how it happened anyway. XD

But congratulations again! Is it just a diamond ring or does it have other stones in it?

Blech, sorry to hear about the food poisoning anyway. I'm sure it can't last much longer if that's all it is. Yeah, I haven't eaten much lately either, the stress is killing me. I'm going for one final in half an hour, then I'm going to come home and study until my mind is numb, then go take a final tomorrow. I NEED to get a B on it so I'm really trying hard. It's bio. Then after the bio test tomorrow I have to come home and study till my mind is numb for the Wednesday test, and then I'm free.

Yeah, we were talking about it when he drove me home on Saturday and he asked if I was ok with the way he proposed. I told him that I was, I did think of other ways he could have also for a bit, but the way he did it was perfect and simple. Which is actually just what I wanted. :)

It's so beautiful ^^ when I have it on, I smile and get so happy. I don't have it on atm because I'm scared to get vomit on it just in case ^^"

yeah, I hope that's what it is and it goes away tomorrow. I want to spend the next few days with Mike and relax, plus thursday mom and I were supposed to go do some wine tasting thing at the Lilac fest. We'll see. If I am still crappy tomorrow, I'll have mike take me to the doctor tomorrow.

Yeah, I have my ginger ale I'm sipping very little sips of while I drink some more water. I'll nom on my popsicles when I do get them, but I don't think I can do food tonight.

Awhh, how pretty! I've always had a bit of a fantasy of having an engagement ring that had a main stone that was sapphire or something else with color...but probably sapphire, lol. Anyway, that's awesome, he's got good taste!

I'm sure you'll be feeling pretty decent by Thursday. That's still several days away. I'd still be careful how much wine I drank though, knowing I'd been so sick a few days before, but I'm sure you can go out and have some fun.

Taking a tiny break because I'm starting to get tired. I keep waking up the last few nights with panic attacks because of how afraid of this test tomorrow that I am. But I have studied and studied and studied. I really should do well/decently I hope.

Sorry I didn't reply last night. I kinda went into uber panic attack mode after that last post, and studied literally all night long. I think I aced the test, though.

I've got more studying to do today, but for a less hard class. Still, I'm not going to underestimate the test.

That's alright. I went to bed sometime after midnight. I needed the sleep. I'm feeling better now. I can eat food. But, I still have stomach cramps from the not eating all day yesterday till later.

Thanks. I've been having a rough week. Every test has given me panic attacks the night before. I think I've been in school too long, and I'm tired. Seriously considering taking next semester off at this point.

Apparently the one class where the professor disappeared for 2 months, I'm not the only one who had problems with the class and how it was taught that it was unprofessional.
This one student talked to his advisor and she told him to message all of us and he said if any of us had any problems to contact her and we could work something out.

I don't know if I'd actually do it, but I do know that I'm tired. I want things. I want a boyfriend, and a simple job, and a group of friends. And I don't know that I can do that as long as I'm suffering through school, so I'm considering taking a semester off to get the stuff started maybe.

Good good. I couldn't imagine that a class where the professor was gone for two months should count for anything.

Yeah, when I e-mail the other professor, I'll mention it. I'll mention that yeah, I fell behind and had what was going on, that while I do understand that he did have situations at home going on, but you can't tell me he couldn't have contacted the department at UB to let them know what was going on and to work something out so we could still have the class go on. I dunno if anyone else was able to get stuff situated with the course. I did contact him via the UB e-mail and I received no response, I didn't re-send because I got busy with finishing one of my courses and trying to work something out in my other course. I'll figure something out.

Yeah, I ended up getting lucky since I was stuck at the community college all day because I had to rely on others for my transportation, so I ended up meeting mike and it went from there and had the friends too. I still have to get myself a new job out here. Which won't be too much of a hassle yet ^^"

That's such a cute story! To bad the weather didn't cooperate with his plan that would have been adorable to, but still as long as the point gets across XD That is a very pretty ring! Russel didn't even try because he knew I would want something really strange and unique so I understand him not wanting to get something I didn't like but on the other hand I was like "you know me well enough" sooo it is pretty great that he got something you love without being around :)

I know you have been talking about being more sociable have you tried meeting someone online? Not for an online relationship but like just if they have a good profile and such meet them somewhere public pretty early on to make sure they are who they say and such. But I dunno online profiles and such seem a little awkward yet you can be very up front and specific about what you are and are looking for? Better than a bar IMO

Yeah, I found out that night that his sister-in-law only told him as much as what metal and stuff to get. The ring itself and style was all him. He knows me well enough after all these years that he knew I would love it. ^^ And I do. I still stare at it.
