I love playing in Paintshop pro. :D

I have Paintshop Pro and so want to learn to use it. I just can't find the time to sit down and go through any tutorials. I've never played around with graphics but really want to learn.

Well Toni slipped and fell this morning on the way down to the bus. Usually the sidewalk is icy so we walk down the street then are usually able to step over the ice and on to the sidewalk at the bottom. Well this morning its icy the whole way down, so we had to cross higher up. Toni's little legs werent quite big enough to make the gap and she fell. And Im pretty off balance right now so it was all I could do to try to keep her from hitting too hard. There is a drainage pipe that runs along the sidewalk so all that water freezes and makes a huge mess. I have no idea who to contact about it but should that be like the townships responsibility?

I would think that it would be the townships responsibility, but I could be wrong.

Let me ask one of the attorneys here Jess when one comes in. I would agree with lucky that it sounds like the township.

I agree- drainage would probably be the township's problem - it may depend on who own the road (state or county).

I think shes ok. I told her if she started hurting at school to go the nurse and tell her what happened. Then if the nurse thought she needed to see the doctor to call me and I would come and get her. She took the fall mostly on her bum so if anything that might be bruised. She seemed to be walking ok and didnt seem to be hurting much if any.

That's good - it's a good thing kids are closer to the ground so falls don't hurt as much ;)

Here's hoping you don't get a call from the school that she needs to go to a doctor.

She just got home, and says shes ok but her bum hurts, and her thigh. I looked and I think there is a bit of bruising but she seems to be walking on it ok for now. Dont know if it will get worse as the night goes on but hers hoping it doesnt. Thanks for your concern guys, it means alot *hugs*

Oh Jess *gentle hugs* I'm glad Toni isn't badly hurt! I know that falls on the ice can be bad. Thankfully if I ever fall on my bum there's lots of cushioning there.

I fell right after Thanksgiving at her building as well but the steps were wet and I stepped on a leaf. I have alot of padding on my bum too but it's my back that took all the force instead of just my bum.
