Sorry I disappeared earlier. Things came up - working on getting last minute plans figured out for my friend arriving tomorrow , and I did get some laundry done too.

Yay, glad you managed it! I'm kinda scared of onions since I accidentally cut the tip of my thumb one time trying to cut them for my roommate last year. Everything was ok, it was just painful.

CLoud - It's passion fruit i'm scared to cut! The skin is hard to break and i slipped once and had a really nasty cut on my finger, it wouldnt stop bleeding for ages D=

I don't think I've ever eaten passion fruit before. Sounds strange. I have issues cutting garlic or other round tiny things.

And tonight has turned into a party in my bedroom haha! :D slumber party!! I forgot how much I missed having people to talk to at night. :)

Yeah! I ended up having an in depth conversation about classes (all in sign) at like 3:30 am.
I'm shocked that I even made sense with my signs!

Originally they were going to be sleeping in the living room, but around 1:30 am, we decided, well might as well just move everything into the bedroom - I don't mind. I do have a friend coming tonight - the friend who's trying to get out of the bad situation - and I'm not totally sure where she's going to sleep with them in my room too. We'll figure this out somehow. :]
But it was fun, despite being exhausted. I keep falling back to sleep, which I can't let myself do... as I need to get things done while no one is here to distract me.

Yeah, I was worried for a bit that I wouldn't get along with them, but it seems like we get along better than they do with my roommates. :P

For the most part - it seems that way. I'm really not a hard person to get along with. (Although push my buttons, I can be a bitch to live with. It takes a lot to totally push my buttons though.) I find too, I get along with deaf or hard of hearing people easier than hearing people, at least down here.

I've never found myself hard to get along with either, but that doesn't mean I had good relations with my roommates. It's weird like that most of the time.

I would write but my laptop is charging and my room is cold. I'd rather stay on the couch downstairs.

I've had some roommates who I'm on great terms with, but then there are those who just act immaturely, or just get on my nerves - and those are the ones that I struggle to try not to snap at because that'll not solve anything.

Is it warmer downstairs on the couch?

I've mostly been indifferent with my roommates. We didn't talk or interact. I did have one good friend but she dropped out after one semester. Others have been a bit psychotic. A few of these were actual roommates and a few just housemates.

Ah, yeah - sometimes it's like they're there, but I don't show interest in really getting to know them much. I've had two that I got along with pretty amazingly. :) Ironically both of the two that I really got along with - I kept getting mistaken for sisters with.

I'd probably want to stay where it's warmer too then!
