I couldn't get on the past few days due to a lot of work. ~.~
I finally found some free time so I just HAD to pop in.

Nah. I just got so captivated by working and internship and homework that I couldn't do anything BUT take a short break. Not that I had time to get on to begin with x.x;;

I doubt I'll manage to get my gown now D:

the weather here is crazy! There's been nonstop wind! The temperature is actually really nice but I actually got a call about an hour ago that all night classes were cancelled because of a power outage.

Yuen - that's crazy, but kind of nice. You get the night off without penalty!

I knew the power would go out!!
We had surges during early afternoon classes.

Yes, Yeah dear, I'm a grandmother.
Three lovely grandchildren, and a 3rd due sometime in the next couple of weeks.

I really dislike it when the power goes out. One can always read, but while flickering candles are very romantic, they are also very hard to read by.

I think I'm more on my nerves than you are!

I'm not too nervous about it. My step son is an Emergency Room nurse. Actually, my daughter in law is also. So they both know very well how to watch out for any danger signals.

Their first child was born during a very strong snow storm. That was the last week in February. It would be fun if this one were born on the same day! But his due date is in March.

@Mimi: Wind. @_@ When I drove to class I had to avoid flying trash cans and such.

@Granny: Aww, kids are adorable. My cousin just had her second child a few months ago and I love helping babysit the two.

I wish I were able to babysit my grandchildren more often.

Unfortunately, two of them are in Alaska, and the other two in Minnesota. I'm in Texas.

We'll be going up to Minnesota sometime this summer, so I'll at least be able to see them and hold the new baby then.

We probably won't go to Alaska until next year. I see them about every 3rd year, which makes me very sad.

Everyone seems to be having babies. My aunt's and my fiance's brother's girlfriend's (that's a mouthful) babies are due in about two weeks. And my best friend just called me to let me know that her baby is due on my birthday. It's all so exciting x3
