Ionno. I think I'd design chicks with as small or as big tits as is sensible to their design.

I just figure average sized ones wouldn't come off as going overboard or not giving them enough.

My game logic is that either both characters can be unreasonably sexy with absurd armor, or neither.

I just wish more games didn't focus on sexy. :/
