i must confess i sometimes don't like going in the water without those jelly shoes.
some beaches have that weird squishy junk right when you get in, *barfs.

I really don't know. It just does. I used to love it as a little girl, I grew up by the ocean and all, but as I get older it just bothers me. It's beautiful and all, and I love taking photos of it, but bleh, I don't know. :sweat: I do love walking on the beach in the fluffy sand barefoot! <3 Can't go onto a beach in shoes!

We all have our weird quirks.
When we went to Tahoe this past summer with our friends, we were going into the lake to swim and the first five or so feet you had to walk in the gunk, and I forgot water shoes as for the most part it's really sandy, and it was gross, but then you got past it and it was soft sand. Which was really nice. <3 And about waist deep water, where you could walk out pretty far! And warm! Because it was shallow. ^-^

I did that when Ricky was up here with me before he went off to Boot shortly after we were engaged. My parent's let him stay the weekend with us at their house, as long as we kept my bedroom door open, and I'd wait for him to fall asleep so I could watch him sleep. So peaceful. <3

my best friends husband was deployed to afghanistan today.
i feel terrible for her! D:
because i can't do my role as best friend and be there for her on her first night alone.
she lives 3 hours away.. calling her now..

It's hard, and take your time. Sometimes all someone needs is to be able to talk to someone. I know it's not totally what she needs, but it should help.

I just wanna hold him, my family is all mehish about him, well not my grandfather. Everyone one else is like meh!

Yeah he was. I think the biggest bump in the road is the difference in religion...atleast for my mum. My grandparents don't and wont know what his beliefs are...mosre or less because I don't want to get preached at same with him lol.

and mau they don't like it cause we're a long distance thing and such.

More like different beliefs that are more combined, not really one... My parents didn't really raise us religious, but let us figure out our own. Does that make sense?
