It has been good. I'm enjoying this event, had some cookies and coffee (I drink coffee in the evening), and enjoyed handing out candy to children.

I did like handing out candy in past years, but lately there have been too many, and too many rude teenagers.

We simply cannot afford to do it any longer.

The kitties aren't stalking, they just love you so much they fly aroun you. see, they want to be cuddled, but since they're ghosts they just pass right through you!

I think it would be just adorable if those little ghost kitties mewed while they followed you; just like a little litter of kittens.

Aw, that's too bad. We're not so bad here; generally it's small children all dressed up with their parents in costume too. We decorate the entire front yard. Enough so that people drive from across town to see it (we also give out large candy bars) and some children cry and won't come to the front door.

around here jsut as many teenagers (and young twenties) go trick or treating as little kids ^_^

Crane-- my sister was like that until she was . . .well I think last year, so fourteen. She would cry if we tried to make her go up to a decorated house.

Crane; I took my younger cousins trick or treating. n.n & now that I'm home, I'm completely wired. But for me taking them trick or treating they gave me some of their candy. <3 It was way sweet.

Here, nobody over the age of like...12-13 goes trick or treating. It's mainly for the little kids.

If I lose a size, I would probably burn a bra or two. Just to make sure I never have to use it again XD

I didn't see any trick or treaters in my neighborhood, but we probalby didn't have too many down here with the Halloween event going on down in Five Points just a couple minutes from here. They let the parents take their children trick-or-treating around all of the the shops there and have some fun games and stuff before ending the children's portion of the even with a costume contest.

Cloud; Hahah! that's hilarious. I would never burn my bras. Lol

I think it's wonderful that many of the malls do that.
The little children get to trick or treat in a safe place.

Granny: I feel so terrible when I do it on accident. And always during the events. n__n'

Hatter: Aw, that's so sweet! We might have some leftover candy, but we had over 200 trick-or-treaters this year, so there's not a whole lot. It was very fun to see all the costumes.
And this even, particularly the stickies, have got me wanting to enter the contests. I have an idea for designing an item. n___n

I couldn't burn a bra either. At one point, I had three different cup sizes in the drawers. And I was devastated to learn that I went up one size.

I'm not sure when I stop trick or treating but when i was younger my favorite part was sorting the candy out on the stairs. Each stair would be a different candy and the hope was to have one on each stair

But then again, we've never gone without an adult trick or treating, so it's safe anyways. :yes:
A lot of my friends always got to go without an adult when I was a kid, but my parents never let me out of their sight.

When I got old enough to be on my own my mom still came around because of my younger sister (she didn't trust me not to abandon that annoying brat somewhere XD)
