XD Well I didn't even mean looks wise, though she is that too... I just meant, she called on her lunch break, she was feeling a little better... but what had her bummed is that, tomorrow will be one month for us, then thursday, is my birthday, and she's sad because she doesn't have enough money to do anything special for me...

lol, I couldn't help but laugh, cause I was like, "honey, don't spend monies on me!!" But she's all worried about it! XD

Idea. Get a cheap hotel, bring some snacks and picnic food in a cooler and spend all day completely alone snuggled under the covers :)

just being together is a great gift!

Poet, if we could afford a cheap hotel, we totally would. But neither of us have any money really. So, I told her I will plan something out, since it's my birthday... and it will consist of lots of cuddles, and perhaps a movie. And, I will make her favorite dinner, she loves my cooking. *nods* It will be a good time. I want to make her just relax and stop worrying over every single little thing!

Obviously, there was more to her being upset earlier than just that stuff... but, she felt better, so I didn't want to bring it all up again and make her worry.

uhm, well, we have probably 4ft of snow, and Clock wants to build igloos and it's snowing again.

we were about -12 Celsius. with a windchill of -18, Clock walked in it.

the American hates winter and the cold, and yet she fell in love with a Canadian who loves both.
Clocks conditioned to it though, being here her whole life, it's really not that bad to Clock.

*nods* I can imagine you do get used to it. It's like when I lived in Texas with my parents when I was young... it got to like, 50 degrees? Probably still a little higher, and they were bundled up like they were gonna die of hypothermia!! XD And we were just, wearing t-shirts and jeans like it was nothing. Indiana has cold weather sometimes, but I don't think we've ever hit that low...

Still, can't believe anyone could get used to that!

LOL. oh man. 50 degrees is nice! my favourite weather is usually 50 to 60 degrees. I don't even live in the really Northern parts of Canada, and I don't live on the West Coast, it gets even colder out there.

XD I'm sure it's gotten colder than 50 there by now! We lived in El Paso forever ago... but they've had ice storms and stuff lately. *shrugs*

Yeah, 50-60 is fine, 70 is great, don't really like much hotter than that.. and no colder than 50 lol. I can't do cold, I hate it, I need to gain 700 pounds if I'm gonna tolerate cold for more than 5 minutes! XD

but it's rare that I enjoy anything higher.

I hate it being hot outside, higher than maybe 75 and it's too much. But too cold and I hate it... gah, humans are complicated creatures..

I would need 10 snowsuits to live up there as well!! lol Cold is my mortal enemy!!

Clock admits, she does miss spring and summer though. Only because of longboarding though.
-sighs- Clock misses longboarding everywhere.
but it's beautiful outside, and cold clears Clocks head,
and it's a good feeling.
