Thank you! I had to get creative with the background because she definitely belongs in the night and I didn't have any nighttime backgrounds that weren't combined with trees.

Ohmygosh. I just got the greatest idea. xD Maybe.

Maybe if you could work a desert theme around the cat it might work? There are some cat tails in Scheherazade's stories, but there is nothing really to identify them (other than the presence of another animal), so you could just claim it was one of those. Or that you're a "pet" of one of the caravan members.

Or... heck, it's a magical caravan. :) Who's to say there aren't feline folk around somewhere?

I was thinking more like... It's caravan alright, but all caravans have foreigners. So I could certainly be a foreign cat-shifter thing and pretend to know NOTHING of all these Arabian stories and what not, so maybe I've shaped the tasks in a wicked way to MY interpretation of the stories. xD

I think partially because we're not in your head so we don't quite see what you're seeing. Vague ideas are hard to convey to others.

My thought exactly. I know I have a lot of trouble getting into peoples' heads until they have a firm idea what they're thinking.

Me too. I have a terrible habit of making people go through charades practically before I understand what they're saying to me in real life if it's a vague idea.

And, yeah, I'm messing around with the idea and am bad at quick explanation.
But I will keep the somewhat foreign shapeshifter idea, I think, just mull over how to incorporate with my thread.
