I am ok with gore, so if it is just a gory picture it won't gross me out.
But films bursting with so much gore that it sprays the screen all the time are things I stay away from for sure!!

Serial killer movies scare me more than gore-filled ones because I definitely imagine if the people were real and get freaked out by that.
