No. It was a "The Man"...not an NPC, and there was no trading thing.....I just clicked on the image and recieved the item. Oh well. lol]

Yea, it's 12 to get the clue, or if you already know where it is and your going for 2nds, you need 12 to see it but it still only costs 10 pieces of candy to get it.
