I'm sure it is fine. It's rice. I have never messed up on rice and I only, preferably, eat it once a month.

The instructions said to leave the pan lid on but it kept boiling over even when I had the gas on lowest. Normally I wouldn't even use a lid. >.<

No worries... I'm sure it is fine. When my mom made rice, sometimes it boiled over but it always turned out.

I like rice. Normally we have it at least once a week.

I'm tired of rice... Koreans have it thrice daily

It is 2am my time... but I want to get some last minute things in the shop before the event ends so staying up ;)

I usually just have long-grain or basmati rice, I've never cooked sushi rice before. Any how, it's time for me to return to the kitchen.
