of course it is, being a mum is the toughest job in the world, and mum's will always have my greatest respect for the sacrifices they make in the name of love. just remember to get some time for you when you can. it may seem or sound selfish, but the toll of being in 'mummy mode' all day every day eventually adds up and can in some cases lead to depression, so if you think about it, its really in their best interest. that's the whole point of the book. it shows that all/most/many parents find themselves in similar situations, and that even five minutes alone to relax can ease the reigns of parenthood. the true difficulty is finding the time ��

Easty: Yeah - I've been a veggie for years (except when I was preggo with Soph... we don't talk about my craving of steaks).

Oh I do... but just because there is a book that is supposed to make it easier - doesn't mean that it is easy... Yeah, but you don't know what it's like. Finding time for ourselves is hard - believe me... with my two little ones... and the dogs and my husband, and the rest of our families. Until you've been in our shoes - it's something that most people won't understand. I deal with depression - due to things NOT relating to the kids... personal issues, that people on here do know about... I do what works for me. And my family..

And honestly I do love my kids - and youngest rarely will calm down unless she's with me - totally mummy's girl she is... It stresses me out EVEN WORSE when I can't be there to calm her down, so sorry - but I will be putting my family's best interests at heart and being there for my girls.

Ivvy: Oh been there - it is a challenge, for sure. Becca is doing okay though, she seems to get it - FINALLY!! LOL! I think. xP She is still in diapers at night, but seems to do okay - an accident here and there - but nothing too bad... *knock on wood*
