Yep, fanfic :) I think I have everything how I want it except the little epilogue thingie. I could leave it out altogether but I'm keeping working on it and if I get too sleepy to keep doing that I might leave it out.

Back to the Future! It's my obsession at the moment.

Oh this is very short. I called it an epilogue "thingie" because it's definitely not what would normally be considered an epilogue.

Not sure if there is actually a correct term for it... coda maybe? But just a little handful of sentences at the end.

Wonderlands I don't think I've mentioned how cute I think your avi is! I love the tights and frilly dress and it kinda looks sparkly and I really like white-based avis :)

I am Asian Chinese, though not China citizen.
I am very PICKY with story. From third person to pairing, genre to happenings.
A lot of western story is not to my liking. *shruggs* Only the mystery one seems good. Totally dislike the romance part, it break my idealistic romance philosophy.

I'm not really into romance movies or books myself (at least Western stuff - I am not really familiar with non-Western media) but I've never really thought about why I'm not. I'd love to hear more about your romance philosophy if you don't mind sharing!

That is the ultimate dead end, not many people get to that at all.
I dislike all this divorces and break ups.

Oh I am too hence why I don't read or watch many movies and I obsess over one movie for long periods of time.
But that's okay :) There is romance in it and stuff and I agree with you on the unrealistic part. It just sets you up for disappointment. Especially in Back to the Future, it's very cheesy.

Aw thank you! I kind of threw it on for the Anchors Aweigh Cocktail Party.

It is fine, Chinese is always use for nationality and race.

Cheesy? Actually what is cheesy? As in what characteristic makes a romance cheesy?

So cute it just makes you want to vomit or really clique; (it happens a lot)

Using Back to the Future as an example
The unlikely guy gets the girl in the end out of really extraordinary circumstances and it's just cute.

Ahh! The Western media I have seen does have a tendency to treat relationships casually. I actually read about a study today that suggests when people believe that those type of relationships they see on tv are normal there is a correlation there with higher rates of (the actual real life study participants) not staying with their spouse.

I'm so bad at decoding and stripping down the workings of fiction. I just like to watch it and be amazed. I never did any well in English, haha.
