Ok, I borrowed a dress from Chunsa-chan and sent it back to her and now I can see my skirt is on there but the dress is still showing as well and I don't even have it in my inventory anymore. Maybe it's just from the site being so slow.

The NPC isn't really a non-player character. From what I can tell, it's a real player character!
