Once you've used what you need for quests... not really. You can build a few things with them, but it's really not worth it. If you're mining, refine gold and bronze (which means saving wood, tin, gold, and bronze), and sell the rest raw. The fish you can't do anything with, really.

Okay, thanks. I'm a terrible packrat so it's good to know that I can get rid of some things safely. Thank you for the donations too! I just noticed that. =)

No problem. :) Definitely post on the newbie thread, too, when you get a chance. I do suggest leveling up a bit with the deeds, though. You'll be able to mine more stuff at a time that way!
