That might be a regional thing if they do because i can't remember them ever having chili.

I eat there once every few months, depends if I am home or not, when it's just me i don't eat out very much, then again i have been eating lots of cafeteria food cause i live on campus but i don't know if that is considered eating out

Sounds about right. It's far easier to plan ahead when your at home than it would be while your out and about.
