That's the whole wing.

Sometimes restaurants will separate the two parts of the wing and call one a "wing" and the other a "drummy" or "drumstick". But they are, in fact, both a part of the wing.

I used to have a pet rooster and I could feel his wings under his feathers. I used to rub his body and say, "Here's the breast, here's the wings, here's the thighs..."

That is the cutest and creepiest thing ever.
