I don't know much about eating healthy and all that (I'm a big guy, I love my fast-food as much as the next guy/girl) but I do prefer things like fruits and such to candies (have to be in a mood for sweets). I prefer wheat bread to white (it tastes horrible) and a bunch of others. Long story short, I can eat healthy, it tastes good to me (which is surprising, because a lot of people don't think it does), but my main downfall is a caffeine addiction.

I do homeopathic stuff when at all possible.

No one is perfect. :) I have kind of a caffeine addiction too, but not to coffee or soda, but to tea. I need to have my black tea with milk!

I love healthy eating, though, I'm addicted to it because I love how I feel when I eat clean.

I like to encourage people to eat organic and natural when they can, but I understand it's really expensive and it may not appeal to some people.

I do eat natural and organic. I only drink organic milk anymore. I get Naturebox for healthy snacking. And don't take drugs unless I have no other choice.

I don't like taking medicine. Really, it's more-so out of a personal experience, but I just generally distrust it.

I agree, going natural with everything is probably the most healthy thing one can do for themselves.

I try to go natural too, but I have prescription medication I have to take which currently has no natural alternatives. :(
But for things like colds, period cramps and other things, I don't take medicine.

The best way to get rid of a cold, I've found is to use a neti pot. It's really, really helpful, and natural! :D But it can be a pain sometimes because you have to use distilled water with the neti pot or you risk dying from brain-eating bacteria!

I take echinacea for colds. It really does help.

Nope, I've lived here in Minnesota my entire life. c: But I've frequented Chicago because I have family in Wisconsin, so we would drive to Chicago whenever we'd see them.

Nope. For me if I feel a cold coming on it helps curb it.

I work with kids so I always catch their colds and I can't ever seem to prevent them that well. :c I try taking Vitamin C before the cold gets worse, but I can never remind myself to take it daily so the cold ends up taking over.

You need to take this daily or even twice a day. And if you can find the liquid form it's more potent but it does come in pills as well.
