I've just had a brilliant idea! I should learn to bake and do so at random all winter. But that would mean overcoming my fear of the oven, and nobody wants to do that.

You can bake in a microwave with the proper ingredients.

There's someone who tried to bake a cake in the microwave for one of the event contests because their oven broke and the result was such a bad failure it was hilarious. I didn't know successful microwave baking was possible.

I think it takes some trial and error since each microwave is a bit different.

Tru. At any rate, after so long with ones where you just enter a time, Time Cook microwaves are so annoying.

I got a new microwave and I have to get used to it since the wattage or something is different from the one I am used to using

I know that feeling.

It used to be that every time we got a microwave, it was significantly stronger or weaker than the last and we had to learn new cooking times. Grandmomma's microwave used to be super weak compared to ours. I think the new one's better than ours.

It does sort of suck.

That moment when you want to eat but you're too afraid of seeing that bug again.
