Haha, I actually took Aleve too. But usually I take Ibuprofen. I don't take Acetaminophen very often, cause it doesn't seem to work very well.

Most pain meds don't work for me. I normally don't take anything because of that even though I should.

@ steelmagghia - Ah, my mom has that so I understand. The cough is always the last thing you get rid of.

Steel: Yep, I blame it on doctors over prescribing them.

BBR: Yeah, I think it's because I used to take them all the time in high doses for joint pain.

It's the only thing that works for me. I can take over the dose of prescription strength Ibuprofen and it does nothing for me.

@ Mystic - Oh, that isn't the case with me, lol. I hate taking medicine and I usually just control the pain/ignore it and by the time that I actually decide to take pain medicine it just doesn't help at all. So even then I usually don't take anything and just deal with it.

I know of two that are for sure retiring this year. But we have a looooot of older women in teaching.

BBR: I try to avoid taking anything now because I just feel that all those chemicals in my body aren't very healthy. I seem to be doing better without all the medications I was on before. I'm pregnant too so I worry about harming the baby now too.
