Sorry, trying to wrap up this raffle. I've attempted to do so 3 times now.

i know queenie thought something about the rules for the URE was restricting and discouraging as well. i can't remember the exact things at the moment without poking around for the post.

i think it was something about the planning time needed? don't remember. But multiple times a year doesn't seem to happen because it seems to often be the same people putting together the URE . Perhaps in the future as we pick up mene attendance more again different groups can take over a URE in different parts of the year. ^^ I think there used to be a mid january URE in the past as well at one point.
