Kuratu went up to Amelia's room and opened the door slowly. He smiled at the sight of them there. 'Hello.'

Amelia looked up and saw Kuratu there. "Oh, hello Kuratu...how was school?" she asked him and looked at Dennis. "Daddy is home..." she said with a sweet smile.

Dennis looked up when he heard Amelia speak, saw Kuratu, and ran over. Kuratu knelt to pick him up, smiling at Amelia. 'Very well. How was yours?'

"Oh, it was fun! I went to apply to many arts and crafts stores...I'm expecting a call." she said and handed him the drawing of a dog that Dennis drew. "Dennis drew you this dog...we had lots of fun drawing, I took that time to finish my drawing of the girl under a tree and colored it in." she said to him and smiled.

(At Dennis' age, his drawings wouldn't be anything recognisable ^^ Babies way past the age of two just drag a pencil/marker across a paper or hit the paper with the tip without making patterns. Dennis would make real drawings around pre-school age.)

Kuratu smiled at the picture, then at Dennis. 'Well, that's very nice, Dennis. Thank you.'

((I know...but he said 'Woof' again so Amelia assumed it was a doggy.))

Amelia smiled at the two and giggled. "How cute..." she said.

(I didn't put that down...He also wouldn't have any idea the picture could be anything, so he wouldn't've said it in reference to the picture.)

Dennis babbled away to Kuratu. Kuratu smiled as he listened, speaking every so often to make it a conversation.

Amelia smiled and giggled as she saw them talking.

Kuratu sat down carefully and put Dennis on his lap. 'Why don't we draw some more, Dennis?' he said, and Dennis leaned foreword to start scribbling on a piece of paper.

The phone then rang and Amelia ran down to answer it. "Hello?....yes this is Amelia...an interview tommorow? Okay, yes I can do that....Okay then...I'll see you tommorow. Okay...good bye..." she said and hung up. Jewel looked at her confused. "What happened dear?" she asked. "I have an interview for an possible job at the arts and crafts store in the town tommorow." she said and smiled happily.

Kuratu came down, holding Dennis in one arm. 'What was that?'

"It was just a call for an interview at the arts and crafts store in town. I have to go tomorrow morning..." she said and smiled.

Kuratu smiled at her. 'That's great. I hope it goes well.'

"Thanks, I'll need it..." she said and smiled at him. Jewel smiled at them bot and decided to call Etienne at work. Amelia went and sat down on the couch and it didn't occur to her until then about their day they would spend together.

Kuratu came and sat next to her, Dennis in his lap. He put one hand on hers.

Amelia looked up at him and smiled a small smile. "Hi again..." she whispered and smiled.

Kuratu smiled back at her. 'Hello.'

Amelia smiled and kissed his cheek gently. "I sadly forgot about our day together...the one where we would go to the beach...I forgot about it..." she said and frowned.

Kuratu squeezed her hand gently. 'Tomorrow, after your interview,' he said.

Amelia's eyes went wide in happiness. "Really?" she asked him and smiled.

Kuratu smiled at her and kissed her forehead. 'Of course,' he said.

"Thanks, I can't wait!" she said to him and kissed his cheek softly.

Kuratu put his arm around her, smiling down at her.

Amelia snuggled closer to him and kissed him softly.
Jewel smiled as she saw this but continued to talk to Etienne.

Kuratu kissed her back just as softly.
