Yes, that's very true too. There is some insurance you can get to help pay for issues but even then it doesn't always cover all the issues you may have.

I think they are.
though places in colorado aren't very cheap anymore.
colorado is becoming more and more populated so of course housing is going to go up.

I pay 750 for my apartment with everything but electric and optional stuff (like internet) paid for.

Husband and I are looking for a house since monthly payments on our own home would be about what we're paying now.

well it's a duplex instead of an actual house.

Idk how big it is. but it has two bedroom with 1 and a half bath.

Thank you for the luck! We had to put the hunt on hold thanks to our lease running out but we like our apartment so it isn't a huge deal.

We just want to put our money towards an investment instead of rent.
