Mum wanted my brother to come round today they said they couldn't they were busy and the baby's keepin them up most nights But we could go round tomorrow and because they're goin to her aunts at 12 he said we couldn't go till after 3 so now my mum has refused to eat her tea and is sitting at the kitchen table crying saying my brothers girlfriend hates her and she's never going to get to see her grandaughter again.

She thinks she knows things that she doesn't and makes up stuff in her head. She's goin on about getting attached and being hurt "again" what again? there's no again she's had no other grandchildren. What she's doin is comparing the amount of time she's spending with the baby to my grandma DYING! She had this unnatural relationship with my gran because my gran had nobody else if she wasn't with us she was on her own she had no friends and she didn't speak to any of her family. She was always at our house she saw us every day and mum thinks thats normal for a grandma so because she isn't gettin that she goes in a mood crys and doesn't eat and says my brothers girlfriend hates her.

I dread to think what will happen when I eventually get my kids. :gonk:


I don't know if I should say anythin to my brother because really they've done NOTHING wrong. My mum thinks his girlfriends family see the baby more than us but they might do but they live literally round the corner they can WALK there in like 2 minutes it takes like 15 to get here in the car and they didn't come round that much BEFORE they had the baby.

Star thinks Jeanie's mum needs a reality check...

Oh and my Dad's now going "babies ruin everything" and stomping around.

She does but no matter what I say what my dad says she doesn't get it. I mean I get losing her mum was really bad but its not like she's a kid that lost her mum. She's 58 for christ sake how much longer did she think people get to be with their parents. They're gona die at some point and it's gonna be sad but you deal with it and you move on. Grandma has been gone for over a year now and she's exactly the same as when she first died.

Years gonna start fuckin great too cause she's still gonna be in a mood cause she thinks she should be able to go see the baby earlier. My brothers confused because she went in a mood and told him we were goin then my dads rang him like 6 times to see if we can still go and what time without explainin to him about mum's mini breakdown.

I need to find my own place. T_T I need to get away from the insanity.
