That sounds like fun. ^_^ It'll be fun no matter what though because I haven't been disappointed with one of Menewsha's events yet. Best events of all the avatar sites I've been on, hands down.

I'm sure it won't be the exact same thing. Mene is great about having all of their events be unique. I wouldn't mind having teams again, though.

Yeah, they really are good about that. Other sites seem to have similar event styles and even similar items from year to year, but here they actually have creativity. I like that.

I just exhausted my mind. @__@;;

My aunt found an injured dove down at her house, and was going to have my dad shoot it and give it to our snake, but I told him no, and to bring it home and we would see if it could be saved. >w<;; (aunt only lives 3 houses down). So I brought it in the bathroom and cleaned at its wing for awhile, and washed all the blood off it. I'm so happy that the bullet only hit its wing. Otherwise it'd be very unlikely for it to live, and it would be less painfull for us to just kill it rather than let it suffer. But, I got the wound as clean as I could and put some ointment on it, and put it in a cage outside (really feel bad having it outside because its cold, but dad said to :( ) with food and water. I put down two rags and some woodchips and some dryer lint, that way it'd have something to curl up on and try to keep a bit more warm, and then we have a tarp over the whole cage so it stays more calm, and to block out any wind or extra cold. I sure hope its okay, though. I got it to eat and drink a little when I was cleaning its wing (was very proud that it was willing to eat and I helped it drink). And man, this bird sure was good at cooperating and letting me help it.

I have an aunt that lives a ways away that takes care of birds that've been injured. She has a hawk and owl and stuff. So maybe when my mom gets home, we'll call her up and see what she suggests to do. Not sure if the wing is broke or not, so it'd be nice if she could tell us what to look for and what best to do.

At least doves and pigeons are pretty good survivors. I tried to rehab a baby swallow once. Those suckers do NOT cooperate for anything (they don't gape, so it's nearly impossible to feed them).

I hate to see things get hurt, especially by stupid people. :<

And yeah, it just sat their while I cleaned and moved its wing all around. It didn't try to run away or anything, but it would shy away when I moved my hand around to grab different thing, and sometimes if I left the room and came back in it'd try to walk away.
