Cecilia was irritated. Sure he could read her thoughts, but he sucked at understanding them. "I could care less if you have friends," She said doing her best to keep calm and cool, "By baggage I meant the whole knight, prince, lord, king, whatever you are thing. You have too many problems." She had to do something when she was angry so despite what she had said, she decided to do extra credit and was chopping up some broccoli. She got pleasure out of it by pretending it was Drake's head.

Victoria looked over at Cecilia as though she was insane.

Drake smirked, 'You DO realize that you're about to settle for a human. Your youth and above all beauty will fade in about ten years and you'll never get it back. With me you can have it as long as you want. Sure, I'm a lord. But I won't have to take over my father's territory for another thousand years. Ask yourself this, who could make you happier? Your 'idiot' of a cousin or me? Someone who is dedicated to the idea of making you happy.'

"I am happy," Cecilia said irritated. He seemed to think she wasn't for some reason and would always bring it up. "And I don't care about beauty and I don't want to live for a thousand years," She said as her anger built up, "And I don't need you!" She chopped a stalk of broccoli too hard and the head went flying across the room.

Drake sighed, 'Fine. Suit yourself..... By the way, Victoria can read your emotions. She and I both know that you're only lying to yourself. You think your happy but the truth is that you don't know what happiness is. And you may never know.....'

"Great now an emotion reader, just what I need," Cecilia rolled her eyes. She had not emotions besides anger, but that was Drake's fault. "Urg, can't anyone be normal anymore," She said and the knife she was using slipped, "Great." She mumbled staring at the blood seeping it's way out of the nice cut in her finger. She shoved it in her mouth and turned her attention to the window. It was nice outside and something began to creep into her mind, and old memory? She pushed it away and focused back on her finger. "Nothing a band aid couldn't fix," She said taking off her shoe to see if she had remembered to stuff any inside it.

Victoria sighed, and touched Cecilia's wrist with the tip of her index finger, the cut healed instantly, "Your welcome."

She went back to Drake.

Drake sent, 'If you want normal I COULD become a human. But I'm not sure if I'm willing to give up my ability to fly..... Besides if you want normal. You're in the wrong school. The headmaster is an immortal of some sort, Victoria is a demon-angel hybrid, Seiki is a wolf demon, Raii is some kind of fox-cat thing, Nick has some kind of multiple personality disorder, our music teacher is a phoenix, our English teacher is an ice demon, and I am a dragon as you already know.... There are only three humans here aside from you and they are all female. This is not the place you should husband hunt at if you want normal.'

Cecilia glowered at Victoria. She didn't need magic for a simple cut and shoved her shoe back on her foot. "I didn't mean normal as in human," She mumbled because she probably wasn't normal herself. "Well if there's so many "females" around, why don't you bother one of them instead of me," She said coldly. She managed to control her temper in a more colder form.

Drake grinned, 'Because they aren't as interesting as you.... And if you don't mean human what do you mean? Non-magical? Sorry. It doesn't work that way. If you aren't human chances are you can do some form of magic....'

Victoria looked over at him and chuckled, "You're doing that head thing aren't you? And here I thought she went insane.... I hate it when Seiki does it to me while in wolf form."

Drake grinned, "Yeah well our phoenix professor will be able to do it too so no spacing out and thinking about your fiancee in English class...."

Victoria crossed her arms and stuck her tongue out at him.

"What ever happened to privacy?" Cecilia folded her arms and sat down at her desk. She was done cooking after injuring herself. She hoped the headmaster wouldn't realize how much hot sauce she put in it and take a bite. Hopefully his head would explode, she could use some cheering up, though she wasn't really down, just irritated, which lead to her bitter attitude.

Drake smiled, 'If you want privacy I can't give it to you. Neither can Victoria. We haven't learned control yet.... Seiki and our English teacher can read minds too. Besides, no one really has privacy anymore. Even those surrounded by humans do not have the privacy that they wish they had half the time. No. If you want privacy then you'll just have to become a hermit and live in a cave for the rest of your life.... Or don't you do caves either?'

Cecilia frowned, "This is why I liked to be ALONE." She emphasized hoping he'd get the message. She hated how much he annoyed her and even worse how much she cared about it.

Drake sighed and looked down.

Victoria put her arm around him and patted his back, "Don't worry. If Cecilia doesn't want to be lavished with jewels or waited on hand and foot then there are plenty of other women who would...."

Drake sighed, "But they won't be nearly as interesting as her...."

Cecilia rolled her eyes and turned her attention back to the window. It was like de ja vu, though she knew she had never been her before. However it wasn't safe for her to try to remember when there were stupid mind readers around, so she'd have to figure it out later. She didn't know why it bothered her, but it did. "Stupid," She mumbled to herself and stared at the board where today's recipe was still written. Maybe she could irritate Drake by saying the recipe over and over again in her head, it was worth a shot.

Drake heard Cecilia memorizing the recipe and assumed that she must really like it.... It was a decent recipe. But his and Victoria's variations were so much better. So he started sneaking in the ingredients that they've added to the original.

He had an amused look on his face the entire time.

"Get out of my head!" Cecilia exclaimed irritated and covered her mouth in surprise at her outburst. She frowned at herself for allowing him to get to her. "Humph. Besides the only thing any food needs is hot sauce," She said folding her arms.

Drake rose an eyebrow and started flooding her head with recipes that require a lot of spices.

Victoria, who had an idea as to what was going on, tried her best not to laugh.

Cecilia was irritated but didn't want to let him think he won, so she focused her attention on something else. She thought it would work, like when her cousin watched TV. His little sister might be talking non stop, but he never heard a word she said. Drake was like her little annoying cousin, she just had to tune him out. So she focused her attention back to the window. She spotted a bird and sure enough, de ja vu, "Being dead is better than this."

Drake tried not to laugh as he put himself in the conversation with the chatty cousin saying, "Huh? You don't say? Really? Go on! You must be pulling my leg? He did what? REALLY?" Over and over again.

He was determined to get her to stop ignoring him. He was determined to win.

"humph," Cecilia smirked, "Not bad, but I'm used to ignoring her. It's you I can't stand." She wasn't about to lose since he didn't know everything about her. She wondered what would happen if she thought seductive thoughts. She may be a bit cold, but she still knew how to seduce a guy. She wasn't sure if Drake wanted to know those thoughts and grinned. She loved being evil.

Drake saw where her thoughts were going. So he changed her into a chicken costume and had her doing the chicken dance instead.

'So you thought you could in huh?' He sent.

Cecilia grinned, "Depends what you consider winning?" If he had to change her in to a chicken suit, he obviously couldn't handle what she was thinking or maybe he was just too innocent or maybe.... nah.... He couldn't possibly be hurt by it since he couldn't possibly like her.

Maybe instead of thinking it she should act it. He wouldn't be able to change it then. She smiled and evil smile, "It has been awhile after all."

Drake smirked to himself, it was about time that things got interesting around here....

'Is that a challenge? Seducing me? For all you know I could be gay and just using you to remain in the closet.'

"Well then I'm not interested," Cecilia frowned, "Besides you don't act gay." She smirked since she had her fair share of experience with those type of men. Then again, Drake could be an exception. She's learned to be surprised. She wouldn't mind if he told her now, then she could just drop out of this school and marry her cousin. It was an encouraging idea.

Drake smirked, "Touche.... Its good to know that I don't look the part because I'm not.... But I still doubt you're going to be able to win.... It seems like too much work to me.... You might want to quit while you're only somewhat losing....'

Cecilia frowned, "And how am I losing?" He had to have some weakness. So her seducing men didn't do it, what did? She had to have done something that would make him cringe. Maybe even get off her case, but what. The only thing she came up with was her cousin. He was an idiot, but she had to admit, he was cute when she seduced him. He would be embarrassed, but of course men couldn't resist the temptation of a woman's body. She frowned, but for some reason Drake could, unless he had a chicken fetish she didn't know about.
