The gray doesn't really look right to me.

Perhaps add the colour red to your eyes instead of grey, so that it cooperates with the bit of red on your sword. It's either that, or get rid of the sword, and get a new sword. :)

Maybe add a different colour in there too? Or change the white to a pale shade of another colour? If not then maybe a background or more jewellery to make it more complex.
