So what are you doing on your magical car trip?

We're going to Houston to see Hubby's step Mom.
His Dad died 4 years ago tomorrow, and she has a lot of problems with that day...

Ah, I see. Well I hope this year is better for her.

We're trying to get her to move out of the house.
She needs a smaller place.

My dad and his siblings had a fight with my grandmother about the same thing when grandpa passed away a few years ago. They wanted her to be closer to the rest of them, too, instead of so far from everyone except one person (who works weird swing shifts and can't always check up on her). They did finally get her to move though, thank goodness.

We had to actually move my parents from the house in the little town to Fargo so he could get his dialysis.

Then when he was gone, we had to move Mom to assisted living when she kept forgetting to take her insulin. She didn't want to move.

I don't have a middle name but Procrastination would be an appropriate one for me. *flops into thread*

I was going to type in here, but I kept putting it off...
