I usually have problems with the hands, feet and sometimes noses. D: I'd really like to improve, but I'm always too tired to draw properly.

Hands, feet, and noses and mouths. Those are all difficult for me.

Hands are the hardest thing for me to draw, I always use my own hand and look in the mirror and draw it that way. And another thing, I have a hard time drawing action poses. >,<

FOR SURE THE HANDS
but I bet that goes for everyone, even seasoned professionals. I mean PRODIGY BOMBAY can't has trouble with hands.
I also can't draw feet. :( My pictures are almost never full-bodied so I never practice. I should though :)

The hardest part for you to draw.
Hands. I've always had a bit of a problem with hands. And, considering I've heard that the hand is the most difficult part of the human body to master, that's not very surprising. :)
The next body part I have a problem getting right consistently is the shoulder area. Most particularly on guys. I can't always get it to look fully 'right'. But I'm getting better!
How did you/how are you overcoming it?
A friend challenged me to draw one hundred hands from life-study. IE: I drop my left hand on my lap or the table and use my right to draw it in whatever position the hand is. My hands have improved significantly since I started these life studies - and I have only completed the first 50 of 100!
As for the arm/shoulder area I mentioned above, I'm just drawing more often. I should actually properly study this area to get better, but (frankly) I'm a bit lazy. XD;
[Are] there any shortcuts you used to draw them better? (hiding them, making them chibish, ETC)
Hiding something is a short-cut, yes. But it doesn't help you draw anything better. In fact, it increases your weak point if you always avoid drawing it.
I end up sketching up the area/hand I'm having trouble with and, if I still can't get it right, I toss a prop in the hand or hair in front of the area I'm having problems with. But I almost always attempt to get it 'right' if I can. (When I don't try, it's because I'd already decided that the picture would be better if I covered the problem area anyway. It's difficult to have a gunfight without a gun, for instance. XD; )

Definitely hands and feet, my feet aren't so bad, it's just getting the toes to look right. I've just been forcing myself to draw hands every chance I get... But yeah, when I first started drawing, I totally hid like half the arms and drew both feet facing outward which is really awkward looking.

If its something I suck at in drawing, it'd have to be the feet. Surprisingly, hands I have no problem with because I draw them in almost every pic I do. But my feet are usually covered with boots or sneakers, so I hardly ever get to draw them...
I'm practicing on them right now, so hopefully I can get better... ^^;

Feet and hands. *shakes a fist* I hate drawling those two.
Most people seem to think the above are the hardest to draw to, so I am glad I am not alone in this angst. *shakes another fist*
I think hands over feet, because most of my feet have shoes on. lulz

Hands definitely hands. They are very hard to draw because of the proportion

Well first of all i can't draw even if i had to draw to save my life, but when i do try to draw the hardest part is usually the head, i can never get it to look human. It always looks deformed, and the eyes, i can never place them in the right spot.

it's really hard to draw hands and feet......i can usually do everything okay but as soo as i try to draw the hands and feet i mess up.....so for hands i draw lots of pictures of girls in dresses(i can only draw girls for some odd reason) and the dresses are usually long enough to hide her feet. so its kinda like medieval (sorry if i spelt that wrong) pictures.

I always draw people with their shoes ON so I can't really say feet since I never tried...
So I gotta say HANDS. The only pose I can do with the hand that looks porportionate (Sp?) is the peace sign. That's it. Everything else equals crappamundo.

It's head proportions for me. I can never seem to make a head fit on the body. They both look fine, but one will look a lot tinier then the other.

Feet, hands, and hair are the worst for me. I've gradually gotten better with all three, but they could still use a lot of practice. And my eyes aren't all that great, though I used to draw decent eyes once upon a time. Now I just plain suck at them. D:
I don't even have a hard time drawing other parts, like private parts, compared to hands, feet, hair, and eyes...
And my ears are nothing but little half ovals most of the time...I dislike drawing them more than that. I think ears are kind of funky, but without them my art looks pinched and unbalanced. D:

Hands and feet are probably the most difficult for the majority of people because they are the most complex part of the the body (I'm not counting the innards here). Groins are also very difficult for people.

Hooray! I thought I was alone in my weakness point. My two weaknesses are the hands, and the head and body proportions.
As for the hands, I can't draw the wrist well and the hands that I draw looks very long. I am also having a hard time in the length of the fingers.
As for the proportions, I always make the head so big that it looks like that it is way bigger than the upper half of the body, starting with the neck up to the waist. I think I only had two drawings in which I made the proportions right.
Anyway, I am trying to overcome the hands part by drawing hands most of the time (I've got two A4-sized papers filled with hands! XD). I am glad that I improved a little. :D I am also drawing full bodies to improve my sense of proportion.
:D

Legs and feet are EXTREMELY hard for me to draw. I can sometimes get them if I sit there and just over draw it and erase excess lines, but it's nearly impossible for me to draw them by any other means right now.
I've been getting really good at hands+arms lately, but damn those feet. 0:<

But!
Bums are, well, a pain in the ass to draw. ;P

Hands and feet are very difficult.
The tiniest mistakes on them,makes
them look like s--t.
Or at least to me it does.
But sometimes it faces as well.
I am good at the hair and body, its just
those things that mess up most of my art.
