Puff ran over to Redd, as she was the only one the same age as her. "HEY!" she greeted, a little too excitedly. "I'm Puff! I'm fourteen, too!" Puff started bouncing; she wasn't the oddball out when it came to age anymore.

Redd was surprised. She said,"Oh! Hi! I just got here. Sooo...What now?" As usual, the day was boring. She smiled at Puff and sighed from bordom.

Puff giggled a little. "You're bored often, hunh? Mene has a few games you can play while earning gold, but I usually only play them when there's no one to talk to." She was cheery while talking at first, but her smiled faltered when she talked about her lonesome times. Pepping back up, Puff asked, "Are you new to Mene? If so, I'd love to give you a tour or something!"

"Oh! I'd love that!"Redd said,"But I need to do something. It'll only take a few minutes, I'll be back for the tour after!"She rushed off.

"...well, okay!" Puff hummed to herself as she waited for Redd. She was in an EXTREMELY good mood. Earlier today, Puff made a Dragon Cave account, and she got the orange egg that she had been eying! Now she just needed the spotted egg, and she'll be in the best mood of her life! Puff tried showing it off to as many people as possible, to get clicks and so her eggs could hatch and be cute!

"I'm back!!!" Redd shouted. She ran over to Puff. She had just taken a bath and felt refreshed. She looked around. "So, this is the Roleplay Forums?"

Puff's face brightened as Redd ran over. "Yup!" she reassured. Then, Puff dragged Redd around Menewsha. "The Home page is the front page! It has a pretty picture, and underneath, a box of recent events! The box underneath shows the "Admin's Pick," which is like a weekly avatar contest! The staff go around and they find someone with a pretty awesome avi. There's a list of all the winners in the Avatar Chat forum!
"Next, we have the Forums! Pretty basic; the forums pretty much tell you what belongs in each of them. Just don't spam or double post, and follow the rules of each individual forum or subforum! They can be found in the stickies at the top. Remember though, the general site rules apply everywhere in Mene!"
Puff skipped to the Shops, spinning around with a flourish before stopping.
"And heeeeere, we have the SHOPS! Where our beautiful pixels lay, waiting for us to buy and equip them! They're veeeery, verry pretty! Some of the items, like the basic t-shirts, used to look different, but they've been repixeled to look even prettier! Mene has some pretty goshdarn skilled pixelists," she remarked with a knowing nod.
"Some people prefer buying at discounted prices in the Exchange forum, though." Puff pointed to the forum to show what she was talking about.
"We also have our games, which are great for when people are bored, as I've already noted. It's better to converse and mingle, but sometimes there's no one to do it with, you know?" Puff said it with a tinge of remorse, as earlier today she had no one to talk to and had to play games! ...not that that was a bad thing.
"Aaaaaand our Contribute tab! Where we can be CIs, which stand for 'Contribution Items,' AKA DIs, donation items. They're main referred to as CIs, but you can call them anything you'd like, as most people are smart enough to understand."

Then, Puff pointed to the tiny tabs underneath, huffing breathes after talking so much.

"Wow! Er...wanna rest for a little while? I'm kinda tired" Redd said. She blinked once and looked at the charities forums.

Puff took a big swig of watermelon juice and sat down. "Huff... oh, sure... huff... Okay, so I'll do that some time later when I'm not so tired. Or... maybe not at all, that was pretty tiring... just... go venture or something instead..." She laid down on the rock and rested.

Redd nodded and sat with Puff. She looked around. She stared a long time at the games tab.

"Okay, I'm good!" she chirped, getting up. "Where do you want to go?"

Hime stared down Jakko and the back to Puf who was talking to the new girl. "Well that's not something you see everyday." She dusted off her shoes with the sleeves of her kimono and look around. "I somehow feel that I should be having more of a monotonous reaction right now."

"err...Hi?"Redd said." Oh! Puff, well...I'm not sure...." She thought for a moment. "Ummm...How about the shops?"she sighed.

Takumi stared at Puff for a very long time before scrambling over to Jak. "Are you dead?! Maaaa, please don't be dead, I need to you cook me breakfast." He poked Jakko's face with his finger. "Maybe Jumbie can bring you back." He removed his hat from his head and began to slap Jakko's face with him. "JUMBIE MIRACLE SLAP! AWAKEN! AWAKEN!" Takumi flailed with one hand as the other one slapped with a fuzzy rabbit hat.

"Okay!" Puff yelled, happy and jittery again. She grabbed Redd's arm and sped towards the shops, skidding before crashing into the Tattoo Parlor. "Right now you don't have many funds, though I'll advise you not to blow it all once you do!" Puff flew through the many racks of clothes in the Wonderland Boutique. "Look!" she exclaimed, holding up a basic white cami. "It's so cute, but so simple! But so cute!"

Hime giggled at her brother, he was sure going to get a beating for this. "I don't think he's dead, Takumi." Seriously, a fruit knife couldn't kill anyone! A fruit bat on the other hand could, especially if your head looked like a fruit. "You're probably making him, like, deader with that horrible miracle slap you're doing."

"Yeah!"Redd said,"How much is it?" She stared at the white cami and looked at other clothes. "You know, this is the first time I've been to Menewshan shops before..."She said.

Takumi looked up from his miracle slap to his sister. "I think he's just sleeping." He got up and dusted himself off. "I'm sure my gift to him will make him happy and undead again!" he smiled and ran his hand through his golden locks. "Goodness! I'm beautiful and charming and kind to those in need." He gave his sister one of his famous teeth clicks earning him a pinch. "Oww! Owww!" He rubbed his face. "That really hurt, Hime. You and your weird boney fingers." He looked at his gold and gave a small sigh.

"Gift?" Hime wondered, her brother wasn't usually the one to buy guys gifts, it was usually the girls and the had to be cute. "Sure Jakko is pretty, especially his eyes but I don't think getting him a gift will...like....earn his love." She noticed Takumi was giving her a look and she stopped speaking. "...What'chu get him she asked quietly."

"Well, this one's only 150 gold. In fact, ALL of the basics are 150 gold! Isn't that awesome? It seems a little much when you first join and don't start out with much, just wait! In a few days, you'll be able to afford like, two outfits!!" she exclaimed. "I, on the other hand, just started out on undies. I couldn't choose which items I wanted because they're all so nice, so I just bought a pair of lingerie and wore that, teehee.
"Don't you just love the map, though? It's so pretty and detailed and preeetty~~" she cooed, hypnotized once again by the pretty pixeled shops map.

Takumi turned around and stuck his left pinky finger in his ear. "It's nothing really, it's just something for his avatar. It's the pin he was looking for, the price guide said it was going for 500g so that's good news for me. I'll still sort of have gold to live on and not lose track of with my quest." No, he did not buy gift for men, no matter how pretty they were but Jakko was his friend and it was the least he could do. "I think you should buy him a gift as well..like...maybe some flowers. Nalin said his shop was the shop with the least sales, you'd be helping out Nalin and a newcomer~!" He smiled.

"Yeah. The map is great,"Redd said," She wandered into Hopscotch and looked at all the shoes.

Hime rocked back and fourth on her feet as her brother and herself stood randomly chatting near the fountain and the maze of the garden. A soft breeze swept her face and she smiled. "I'm a little bit in the gutter with gold, brother." She sheepishly smiled, she didn't really like being vulnerable even when it was with gold.

Takumi sat down on a rock and looked toward the sun. "It's going down." He murmured. "I wonder when they're turn the lanterns on in the garden, he always enjoyed them. They were on constantly in the festival season with the Jubilee, lanterns and petals floating around were two very pretty sights to see. He looked around "I wonder where everyone else is at this time of day."

Puff trailed behind Redd, busy putting stuff in her cart. "I really should look into making a quest thread," she murmured to herself. Puff then turned to Redd. "Are you ready to go back? I don't want to rush you or anything, don't worry; it's just that looking at all this stuff is really tempting, and I'm trying to saving up!"
