Oh god Chi..just found out why we haven't gotten Tristan's bike yet from his mom's (since he's got more than one)...His mother's boyfriend wants Aaron to cough up $10 for the bike. I'm absolutely shocked at his pettiness. I told Aaron he can take the bike and shove it where the sun don't shine and petal himself backwards.

It's not like Tristan is doing anything with the second bike, and Aaron wanted to take his kids out biking! Jeez...

Oh and apparently the mother's boyfriend hates us more than the mother does...he doesn't show it, that's for sure. But yah all respect for him goes out the window.

I'm surprised Aaron doesn't come and join us more often...he does still post, but mainly about videogames. I think he knows what I talk about here and doesn't really want to dwell on it though...

I can see why he wouldn't want to either. Most of us try to come on here to escape life's troubles. Cole usually stays out of here when it's a lot of RL drama too. Truthfully, I burn out on it as well.

I bitch and moan on occasion, but we're all human. All of us have bitched and moaned in here before. I can just see why some steer clear. Dwelling solves little, and the stress is enough to kill. ;(

I'm watching Cole play Metal Gear Solid 4. The plot is really good. I suck at these kinds of games but I do enjoy watching the cut scenes. There are so many twists and turns to this series.

I need to go poke the ham that's attempting to thaw on the counter. I forgot to take it out last night. ><; I figure I'll bake it anyway and we'll hope for the best.

I never really paid attention to what Metal Gear Solid was about. In time I am good at any game though.. But right now I don't have a proper tv to play my Wii.. XP

I'm currently eating porridge.. About the only light meal I can think of for my empty but upset stomach.

Yeah, porridge tends to be really gentle on a sour stomach. I miss Cream of Wheat sometimes. Cream of Rice just isn't the same. :XD

I'm still watching him play. :XD I'm digging it. It's easy to watch people play the MGS games because there are so many cut scenes in comparison to game play. Rarely does it get boring for the watcher.

I may play a game of my own later though. Not sure which yet!

I really want a DSi XL, but I can't justify the purchase. Not with a second vehicle needing to be paid for. Dx

Sorry if I drag you guys through it, but I will admit it just feels good to get it off my chest and talking about it. True it has the tendency to get me stewing in the thick of it, but at the same time when a lot of the 'drama' goes on I'm dying to talk about it but with kids around and involved I tend to have to limit what I say when they're here too. Trying hard to keep a positive face on the whole thing.

I've also given Aaron a pep talk to approach his ex about the situation, which I think he'll have to since Pam is very much afraid of her getting upset.

Chi: Yeah, I need to buy myself a new DS, perhaps the DSi just to keep up with the latest fad - Ha!, simply because my DS decided to crap out on me a few months ago. I can't justify the price right now either. xP Though I have more money to myself now.. but not for the reasons I'd have liked having to give up my animals.

I'm feeling rather tired today. Not quite sure why...I'll probably get ready for bed fairly early. Not to mention Aaron has work in the morning.

Tomorrow will be the first day of no school, no husband and no kids. It's gonna feel weird.

Yeah.. I'm tired simply because my body wants to rest and get over my illness.. but I'm trying not to sleep all day again. xP Not that I can.. it's too bright.

At least it will be a relaxing day?

Yah it'll be relaxing, until Pam drops the bomb with her mom and tells her she wants to move in with us. Then I'm sure her mom will be calling me ready to rip me a new hole... :/

I've already been playing the script in my head as to how I'm going to approach this.

Dinner was wicked. I baked a ham. I baked potatoes as well, but I ended up smashing them with spices, sour cream, etc. All that with squash and broccoli hit the spot just right. :drool:

That sounds soo much better than spaghetti we had. :drool:

I'm going to have to get creative for the next couple days between paychecks. It'll be interesting what I come up with... :XD

I've been living off of cold ham this passed week even and still it sounds good.
--- We've yet to go grocery shopping.. so been living off leftovers relatives brought us.. which has been all ham. :XP

Izu; I wish you luck in combatting angry parents and get to have Pam live with you then. Hopefully you do not become to stressed.

We're using up all the food in the freezer, too. Grocery budget is going to have to be quite tight for a while. :XD

We're out of produce though, so I do need to make a grocery list tonight.

We're nearly there. I'm not touching the frozen zucchini, deer or fish left in there as I DID NOT want them there in the first place. I think I have several 1lb bags of ground beef, a couple bags of ham, and possibly a bag or two of pork chops.

It's making me a little nervous right now as Aaron will be getting a $300 bonus and a full check, HOWEVER I have Tristan's birthday present, my mom's birthday present, new tags for the truck, and all the other bills to pay out of it. I need to recheck the calendar though as I'm sure we get one more payment before the month is over. I'm hoping so, or my unemployment will be covering solely lot rent. :/

I hear ya. We hadn't expected $1500 needed for a second vehicle. That's two months rent plus some groceries. I don't get enough summer loans to cover my tuition, Cole's tuition, rent/food/all other bills and the second vehicle. I think Cole's taking out a loan that we'll "pay off" with my fall loan.

It's not that we can't scramble together enough loan money, but rather we want to keep what debt we are accumulating as consolidated as possible.

If I get to work this summer, I'll have money from that too.

Yeah.. all that we have now is bread in the freezer... xP
But Friday was pay day... but I'm down to $60 already after putting some aside for rent.. but thankfully mom got paid same day as I and so should have enough for about two weeks worth of food at least.
I'm already falling back to bad habbits because of the lack of food though...

I'm going to be applying for a second job come Tuesday as well so I'll have two paychecks to rely off of. xP

Two full-time jobs? @_@ Or two part-time? Yikes.
