Not usually no. I get muscle spams sometimes, I'm not sure if it's related to my sugar or not, but that's just my muscles tensing up, it's not really a cramp.

i used to get cramps in my back until they put me on Metphorman and a bunch of other pills. and i got a new bed. now most of my back pain, wh ich has troubled me since i was a child, has gone away and i have a lot more movement.

oh I'd use that. it wouldn't ever leave my inventory cause its an item i've done so many avis that i'v ehad to borrow it from.. i stopped doing those avi's though cause it got annoying having to ask someone to borrow, equip and then send back.

hummy: and from now on star's gonna donate any second CI's to hummy so that hummy has more help 'nods' starting next month cause this month star was a bit broke.

Yeah I've been diabetic 11 years and that's not been an issue for me lol. I did used to get really bad cramps in my legs BEFORE I was diagnosed but I just started stretching better after long walks.

Yeah I really reccomened it, it helped me a lot when it was an issue. I think I kinda grew out of mine though.
