Haha, PiM. My brother in law has some pretty bad ADHD. He just gets into everything when he's off his meds. I've never seen anyone so good at breaking things.
I just have the "daydreamer" tendency. I have a lot of tabs open on the internet, and I flit through things in my mind or get distracted easily, but no hyperactivity. Which is a shame, because I'd probably weigh a lot less if I was hyperactive.

Well there goes my theory, haha. Dang, I was hoping there would be an easier way to lose weight than "force oneself to perform horrible exercises"

I need exercise.
I like to do it, but it's been so gloomy and making my depression go into overdrive.

I think everyone's depression is worse this winter. Mine is finally getting a bit better, but I had to cut my hair, dump a boyfriend, up my exercise, and get some sunlight whether it was cold or not to fix it. Sometimes the meds can't overcome the life stress.

Have you checked out a community health center? Sometimes if you sign up with them they have an attached pharmacy that can supply you with medicine at a fraction of the cost. I had to shop around, but I only pay $20 for three months worth of generic Paxil at Walmart pharmacies. Sooo worth it.

Stress can be from anything, really. And with depression, little stresses like being too busy are harder to handle. Being sad is not the same as depression. For sure depression includes sadness (for an extended period of time.) I have Major Depressive Disorder which means that I had feelings of sadness every day for at least two years. But it's not just sad. It also affects your eating habits, your sleeping habits, how you see yourself and how you handle every day events, and even how well you can cope with life in general. It's a really crappy disease. And like bipolar, there is no cure. But medicine and therapy together REALLY help. Medicine alone will help a lot, but therapy really gives it that extra edge.
There is a cure that works in about 75% of patience, but it's very extreme. It's called Electroconvulsive therapy and it's guaranteed to cause short term memory loss. It's only attempted in patients who don't respond at all to medications.

Man, I already have short term memory issues... I think ECT would probably make me completely useless. Lucky I tend to respond well to meds.

I respond well to meds, but I really kind of want ECT. I just don't think that short term memory loss is something I can afford if I want to continue to work in an intellectual field.

Which mean... I really don't seeeeeem to have stress or depression at all?
Even though my worst time of life, I was expelled from university, I can still eat, sleep, shit, clean... of course, very angry and sad... is that depression? HOnestly, until now I am still fumed over that university for failing me. D:

As for stress, hmm... I am very uptight when the deadline of the project is approaching. Especially when group mate suddenly disappear or late... it makes me worry... is that stress? :/
Many of my classmates, keep on saying 'I AM SO STRESSFUL', 'stress! stress life!'... when they have the similar work load as mine. Are they exaggerating or am I just... blunt?

If you're concerned, WebMD has a pretty good checklist here: Depression Symptoms, Warning Signs, Types, and Complications
Honestly, it doesn't sound like you're depressed. It sounds like you're angry, but that's a normal emotion as long as you can move past it. But I don't know enough about you personally to even being to give you a really firm answer. And even then I'm not a doctor.

That expel was like... five years ago. XD I... keep grudge pretty well. XD
and I am still 'sad' over the money I spent for that university. It is not a small amount. :<

I read up those kind of medical things sometime, and I just find that a few of the symptoms would suddenly appear on me while reading it. O_O

Usually depression doesn't have a specific reason. There are things you can point at that make it worse, but most of the time if you can say 'I'm sad because this happened' it's true sadness. Depression is the result of your brain not producing the right chemicals. That's how it's always been described to me, anyway.

As in he doesn't understand why people make emotional decisions or what emotions people are feeling and why.
