I'm really good at word search! Now if I can just figure out how I can do it without printing it :P

Use Paint to circle the words. Or download a free drawing program like GIMP.

Superstition - If you have a program like Paint (which usually comes standard with computers) or Paint Shop Pro or any graphic program like that, you can open the file and use the pencil tool - that's how I did mine!

Or is it only if we get it 100% correct?

I just took a look at the hard puzzle, and laughed my ass of at the word that just jumped out at me :lol: Finding a couple more confirmed the theme of that one :XD

word searches confuse me >.< My eyes are jumbling when I'm looking diagonally at them....I'm on easy and have 3 more to find and can't freaking find them D:

McNugget: Well the words are from a song called The Sound of Silence. Its an old song and its one of my favorites.


And the comic is a pun on a Beatles song called All You Need is Love, the character in the comic has burnt his hands because he wasn't wearing oven mitts, and John Lennon (lead singer of the Beatles) pops up and says to him "All you need is gloves. Gloves are all you need" a pun off the lyrics from the song. ^_^

I printed off the medium and hard puzzles. I'm making some progress on medium (haven't started hard yet), but I keep coming across words that I can't be sure are ones I'm looking for. :lol: I figured out the theme for the puzzle, but it's a bit more nebulous than the easy puzzle, so maaaaybe they work, but maybe they don't. :lol: I drew a line through them (instead of circling) so I can find them again later and decide.

Maria, did you print your puzzle out? I'm finding diagonal searches to be MUCH easier when I can cover the other lines with a piece of paper. It's easier to focus on the line then.

I got one! (I'm pretty sure, at least.) :boogie: I'm so bad at word searches.

Got a few more submissions last night! It seems like most of you are on the right track, but I'll have to carefully go through each one to make sure that you stayed on theme. :yes:

I still haven't managed to pick up on the theme. I'm going to have to look at it again this morning to see what I can find...
