And I'm not one for politics, but I personally feel the Bush family destroyed the US and Obama is starting to rebuild it. I'm not really old enough to know the politics pre-Bush though. Politics in US History was not really my strong suit LOL However I have studied Obama quite a bit due to my degree as that's what's current for Health Care etc., so I'm honestly pro-Obama. He's done a lot that he doesn't get credit for, he just gets the bad rap for what the Bushes and Clinton left him with when they exited. We'll probably start seeing positives if future presidents don't screw it up and then they'll end up with the credit - it's how it always works in politics LOL

Bush put on steroids what Reagan set the foundation for. It was Reaganomics that destroyed the infrastructure and middle class FDR had built up. Essentially, when you give money to the upper crust and powerful corporations, they'll only hoard it. "Trickle-down" is a myth. Even if you believed it, what's to stop the people who just gave the money to from building up a bigger bucket to hold more "water"?

This is why Wall Street has held all the cards for far too long. This is why the mainstream "news" is a joke.

I'm still too much of a kid to be politically opinionated. Y'don't want me voting.

Economy-wise we probably won't be functional again until we have a second Depression. Once that happens we'll hopefully start over again and this time learn from history. They keep saying learn from history but no one actually does it. Until we have a rude awakening I don't see it happening, which is the saddest part. :/

I honestly didn't vote in the last election - I was still in high school when Obama was first elected, and I've never been heavily involved in politics until recently, and even now I'm not THAT involved. Since I don't have time or patience to really invest in being fully educated in order to choose a party etc., I haven't registered to vote. Until I know all of the facts and can associate a true political view I don't feel it'd right for me to vote because it won't be based on all the facts. :3

I should try saying something about my avvie every time I change it so I can go back and find avvie dates on my other computers when I'm lazy and it's months from when I had that avvie.

Lol that could help :) I just change nine whenever, though I just sold all my common a so it'll be awhile before I change my avatar haha

I change whenever I feel it in my bones. I save it to my computer when I'm done. Gets unwieldy when you have avvie records on more than one computer to keep up-to-date.

I'll do a search for it! When I got my new phone it came with Flipbook and I've found that useful in helping keep up with articles on various topics - I don't see everything but I see more than what I used to!

Lol! I don't understand economics the well so I'm pretty clueless on that, but I've had to do a lot of legal and health research on the administration to know a bit more about that. My supposition about the economy is more based on personal information and experience versus based on economics lol I couldn't even begin to formulate anything in that arena! It's why I switched out of my business emphasis for my degree! ;)
