I already finished all my christmas shopping, thankfully. I got a lot of things for my daughter, a camera, a remote controlled helicopter and the new leapster with a whole bunch of games. I got my mom a nice camera cause she's always taking terrible pictures with her phone and I got her husband a new watch with his favorite football team. I also got both of them this breakfast sammich maker. It cooks the eggs, warms the bacon and toasts the bread all in one ^^

Christmas slang? You guys just have different slang. Like if I said that you were all geeked up, you'd have no idea, right? :P And apple and pears? STAIRS MAN! STAIRS!!! lol

Cherrypie: Hiatus to spend time with the people close to you? I know I am definitely not going to be on hiatus this year! I missed two Christmases already at Mene and I am going to stick around for this one! Yes, I am!

I don't do the 5 hour nap thing often but the weather here was half rainy, half hot and with the airconditioning on, I just could not help but fall asleep ^^"

And you know you can look up a lot of differnt videos on youtube with Christmas songs. I like Trans siberian orchestra for light shows and then random AMVs for christmas songs. Seems to work well :P

Yeah well that's what you're doing... dustbin lids rhymes with kids. Apples and pears... stairs... it's so.... silly <.< All those extra words! Slang is supposed to simplify things not make them longer. Hmm... I think... I'm feeling kinda grumpy, or tired and hungry. I just got back from the memorial and I don't think I have ever been to anything so sad in my life. The guy, his best friend was up there talking about him, his squad leader, everyone. Then we all filed by his Soldiers' Cross and saluted and left our combat patches and name tapes. I don't think I'll put another combat patch on, not for a long time at least. I guess it's like a form of mourning.

Cherrypie: LOL! I think I will be waiting for the commons event shop to open for my Christmas shopping for Mene. I'll probably be buying extras here and there to be giving out to people I know and random people in general! Especially newbies so they get the feel of Christmas around here and stay longer.

In real life i have 2 more presents to buy since a couple of my 'groups' have decided to do a secret santa thing this year instead of buying for everyone. I have already finished the secret santa for my office so now its just my high school friends and my 'work batchmates'. I am definitely going to be broke in real life this year!

Easty: I get the lip bleed thing a lot! Its because the rooms here, despite it being humid, can be dry because our air conditioning is constantly turned on.

Zephi: My youtube is really slow for some reason and I never bothered to fix it! Haha! So I can never youtube anything. Its sad because there are just a tonne of things you can catch on youtube these days!

There are great reasons to avoid slang on international media of communication :3
So what's the point of making a 'normal' word or phrase longer in a 'slang' effect?? o.o

And.... what's even more sad is that the guy is married, and his wife is pregnant with their son. She's going to name the child after him.

I heard a similar story that there was a guy who died on Dec 6th and 24 hours later his wife gave birth to their child. So just as she was having this really happy moment, she gets the worst news ever. Man... war sucks...

And no! Not many people use rhyming slang, it's really not something you use everday!
It originates from the eat end of london and thats where it stays. It's more a language in it's than slang. I barely know any and don;t use them in conversation.

Well, I dount that they lose any sleep over it cause they are too dense to be affected by anything that they have caused or said or done. They sleep like logs every night and then play golf all day and are rich as pigs. >.<;;
