How do you get NPC items?

Umm... NPCs give them to you, but NPCs have been very scarce lately

I got Peeblo to tell me not to hug/cuddle him xD

I had Peello yell at me to be his minion but that was in the snowball fighting game right now and he was talking to everyone...

Abel used to be on every now and again a few years ago. I talked to him a little then. He was pretty cool.

I never got to talk to him. I wish I could talk to him now. He should be handing out cloud hibiscus but he hasn't been on to hand hardly any out!

Those things are so rare!

If there is one thing that I want mene to change the most is the little activity of the NPCs. That is what makes Mene so special! No one else can copy that and we just don't even use them!
