maybe its tough guys week. lol. or maybe people are fighting spring. lol. i always enjoyed that. on the sunniest days wearing the blackest of black and covering up to the teeth and glaring at everyone who thinks you should enjoy being sun burnt. but a good colourful outfit on gloomy days just to mess with them. thats fun every once and a while. so maybe that is what they are going for?
