How's the baby doin'?

Oh, she's doin'. She's in her crib taking an afternoon nap, but I'm pretty sure she's about ready to wake up and raise some hell. :XD

Her face and legs have begun filling out. We need to be a little more diligent with her tummy time, but she came out able to hold her head up, so we're definitely not behind on anything. She's been a really strong baby.

I slept most of the time and rarely cried. xDD

.... Then she had my brother. And got her tubes tied. xDD

This one won't nap much, but she does get solid stretches of sleep in the night, so much that I'm almost always rested. As for crying? Oh yes, she loves her fits. :XD

Hehehe, wait 'till she gets a bit older and starts dreaming. xDD
Hopefully she doesn't get night terrors too often. :x

Oh, she already dreams. You can tell when she's doing it. She'll either coo and grin, or you'll see her eyelids in the REM state. Only once (for me, anyway... can't speak for my husband) has she woken up in that shrieking panic. I'm pretty sure that was because of belly pain though.

She's been napping on my chest for the past hour. I really should go put her down so I can pack up her diaper bag for visits later today, but I love time like this. ;_; <3

Hopefully it picks up. It's been like this since before I had the baby. c_c; I didn't really miss much at all as far as Mene goes, and I'd worried I'd have missed out on the CP event and everything.

Yeah, Mene has been pretty slow.
It picked up for the iPod contest, but other than that there weren't many active threads. =/

I am hopeful it will pick up, but I also know there's a bit of pull and tug there. Money's needed to get projects going, and money can't be pulled out of nowhere. I doubt the site is going to get more activity without there being more here to do. Conversation isn't what all the users want. I'm fine with it (obviously :XD) but there's still a population who just wants to game or role-play, both of which don't contribute to the community.

Er, not that I contribute to the community. I really need to get out there in more places than just the charity and exchange. e_e

Everywhere's kinda it's own little community within a community.
I'm here to make friends more than anything.
But it's hard when there isn't anyone online anywhere you usually go to talk to. xD;
I mean really, when I came back the first few times the people I used to talk to had all quit or been banned.
It was horrible trying to make new friends 'cause no one really leaves their clicks. x.x

Yeah, the cliques to make it difficult. I also feel like whenever my friends are busy long-term or have quit/gotten banned, I have nothing to do or nowhere to go. *fail* :XD

I spend almost all my time in avie chat these days.

Meanwhile, this is the second time this year that a friend's boyfriend has broken up with her and she took to clinging to me. This friend is now inviting me to like four things a week.
