Lemon really helps with nausea as well if that's the issue. Lemonade or juice or just a plain ol lemon

this is true. I lick lemon slices when I don't feel well
the slice instead of the wedge gives off more of the scent
that is supposed to help as well

Orange juice is a must for me when I'm feeling sick. Most times it helps me get over a cold a little faster.

Yeah orange juice probably would work too. Cuz it's the citrus that does it. The acidity. Does something with your stomach acids

it always seems to act up when you least want it to
