She nodded and moved closer to him. "Yea." she said softly before leaning up and kissing him lightly on the lips.

He kissed her back as he rubbed her back and closed his eyes.

She smiled and closed her eyes as well, slowly falling back to sleep next to him.

Tikura laid there as he held her and slowly fell back into a peaceful sleep.

They were stirred by cannon fire above them. Barrett looked at the enemy ship that was firing at them. His eye narrowed as he watched them get closer and kept firing at them.

Lina sat up and looked around, her eyes like a startled doe. "Are we under attack?" she asked, waking him up.

"Yeah." Tikura said as he looked at her and nodded. His eyes on the ships as they came closer to them. "If this ship goes down, I want you to get in a boat and be safe."
