@Kayxx: I use Corel Painter Essentials...it is a program I got with my tablet, so it's sort of like a sample. But it's really good, and I love it...it just cannot do transparency >xO

@Vamien Have you ever heard of Gimp? Gimp will let you do transparency, and it's totally free!

I do use GIMP :3 But only for resizing and resaving things I do in Essentials. See, Corel has all these wonderful brushes that I use for most of my drawings, which GIMP lacks.

I used to have another version of Corel, called Paint Shop Pro X, but it is on my PC and my PC is dead >> So I have no access to it, and will probably have to repurchase it sometime.
